In our Fort Worth, Texas location, we are currently seeking an Service Coordinator to join our team of over 1,100 of the best fire protection professionals in the industry. Support the Department Manager with scheduling service teams. Support the service teams by confirming the quality of their field work and their appearance as service calls are being performed. By working with our service teams you will improve our services by training with best techniques, documentation and customer interaction. Coordinate all of the Service department’s field work force (Alarm) directly. Be capable of working in both an office setting and field as needed to both schedule and perform service calls. When needed, work with Sales Reps on site surveys and estimating projects. Assist with quote reviews and qualifying their scope of work. Support the service teams with your expertise. Lead by example.
