Requirements
- Associate’s degree in field of Health and Human Services (or related field) required
- At least 1 year of related experience, specifically in: working with people with disabilities OR At least 1 year of related experience, specifically in: Case Management
- Must be at least 18 years old to apply for this position
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
- This position requires reliable transportation
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Masters degree in any field a plus!
