Our Winston Salem, NC branch is looking to add to its team and needs an administrative role of Service Coordinator . This role supports our technicians and the Service Admin team with the following:

Requirements

• Highly motivated to learn our industry
• Detail-oriented and organized
• A communicator with proven ability to effectively communicate with coworkers, vendors and customers
• MS Office-literate (even better if you have worked with an ERP system)
• Ready to join a dynamic team

Responsibilities

• Provide quotes for service repairs
• Complete full-service process including opening the work order, monitoring WIP, invoicing, and closing work orders
• Generate POs
• Assist with dispatching technicians to customer sites
• Provide a high level of customer service
