About the Role: Assist in taking customer service calls Gather information and produce packets of information for daily installs General customer service and administrative duties Provide support to our Production & Service Managers as needed
Requirements
- Previous customer service experience
- Good communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Detail orientated in a fast paced environment
- Experience working with Microsoft Office
