Requirements

  • 1+ year of customer service experience
  • Ability to connect easily with people from all walks of life
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Reliable, proactive, and eager to learn
  • Valid driver’s license required

Nice To Haves

  • Basic maintenance knowledge (a plus, not required)

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents in person, by phone, and via email
  • Receive, log, and track maintenance service requests with accuracy and care
  • Communicate urgent issues promptly to the maintenance team
  • Enter and close service requests in the MRI system
  • Assist the Service Manager with scheduling, vendor coordination, and follow-up
  • Support the Community Manager and Service Manager with additional projects as needed
