About The Position
Renewal by Andersen , the full-service window replacement division of Andersen Corporation, is seeking a Service Scheduling Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Central Pennsylvania . Position Overview As a Service Scheduling Coordinator , you’ll play a vital role in ensuring a seamless customer experience by scheduling appointments for warranty and non-warranty service work. You’ll support the Service Department while collaborating closely with Operations and Production teams. This position is essential to the customer’s ongoing home improvement journey and directly contributes to department and company success.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and confirm customer service appointments with accuracy and professionalism
- Place outbound calls, emails, and texts to gather necessary information from customers
- Support Operations and Production teams while collaborating with other internal departments
- Serve as the customer’s single point of contact, responding to inquiries efficiently and effectively
- Manage Medallia responses and send closing surveys to capture customer feedback
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support team and company goals
