JOB SUMMARY: The service coordinator will be deeply involved in the work order process including opening work order headers and segments in Service Link, technician time entry into Service Link, receiving and entering technician service reports into Service Link, scheduling PSP/PIP work, customer purchase order requests, filing to history files, warranty claim pre-prep, coordination, follow-up and communication with central warranty group and parts personnel through to claim closure, as well as clerical work such as payroll and scheduling. COMPETENCIES: Strong computer skills, including typing and keyboarding skills of at least 60 words per minute, and the ability to use MS Word and Excel. Superior organizational skills, and works well with multiple people, as they will be communicating with various branches and departments. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Must have good decision-making and a strong desire for follow-up and attention to detail. Excellent customer service skills are required.

Requirements
