Requirements

  • High level of computer proficiency (Microsoft Office required)
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle internal and external calls with professionalism and accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage workload independently
  • Detail-oriented with accurate and efficient data entry skills
  • Ability to monitor and coordinate location/availability of multiple Technicians simultaneously
  • Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude
  • Experience in customer service coordination or a similar role preferred
  • Knowledge of lift trucks or material handling equipment is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Gather purchase orders, equipment details, and service information to keep calls moving efficiently
  • Coordinate daily with Field Service Technicians on breakdowns and scheduled maintenance
  • Review technician work orders and process them accurately in our ERP system
  • Review Technician time and ensure alignment with corresponding work orders
  • Provide customer service support to external customers and internal teams
  • Resolve customer questions and concerns with professionalism and care
  • Build strong, positive relationships as a front-line representative of Abel Womack
  • Perform other duties as assigned
