SUMMARY This position plays a critical role in providing an interface between the customer, the Account Managers, and the Service and Maintenance Technical team.

Requirements

Strong problem-solving and organization skills.
Ability to identify and resolve questions independently.
Experience in high level of customer service required.
One to three years’ experience in a web based, windows environment background a +.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to follow through to completion of any problem.
The ability to prioritize, & work in a fast-paced environment, handles multiple tasks and work under time constraints.

Responsibilities

Answer phones by 2nd ring.
Review & respond to new VM’s & email.
Check -in with Account Managers at the beginning and end of shift.minimally.
Perform pre-billing tasks including checking and filling out all required company and customer forms and checklists, and obtaining required pictures
Create invoicing for client as required, and review and resolve any rejected billing.
Create all required support documentation for repairs including invoicing, reconciliation, and collecting on past due invoices.
Other duties may be assigned as business needs require.
