About The Position

The Service Coordinator supports the daily operations of the tool service shop by organizing tools, materials, workflow, and documentation to company standards. This role works closely with the Service Operations Coordinator and shop team to monitor job status, coordinate resources, maintain shop readiness, and ensure a safe and efficient work environment. Ideal candidates are proactive, organized, and comfortable supporting technicians in a fast‑paced setting.

Requirements

  • Experience in tool coordination, shop operations, or service workflow preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Effective communication with technicians and service personnel.
  • Basic understanding of tools, parts, or shop processes (or willingness to learn).
  • Attention to detail in documentation and workflow tracking.
  • Ability to work consistently in a high‑activity environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage tool-related documentation, service records, and work order details.
  • Help monitor daily workflow, job assignments, and technician needs.
  • Ensure tools, consumables, and materials are prepared and available for service operations.
  • Assist with parts flow, basic inventory coordination, and material organization.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused shop environment.
  • Communicate shop needs or delays to the Service Operations Coordinator.
  • Work closely with technicians, runners, and service staff to support timely progress.
  • Perform administrative and operational tasks to support overall shop efficiency.
