About The Position
Stribling Equipment, LLC is one of the largest John Deere Dealerships selling new and used construction, compaction, forestry, and concrete equipment in Mississippi, West Tennessee, and Arkansas. Because of continued growth, we are looking for a Service Advisor who can relate to our customers, collaborate effectively with our technical team, and provide advisory expertise within our Service Operations. Requirements
- Two years of experience in Parts and/or Service support role at an Automotive, Equipment or Heavy Truck Dealership is required.
- Understanding of the terminology used for the truck/equipment business and keeping abreast of changes in product technology, incoming inventory, features, accessories, etc.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and other web-based programs
- Must be detail oriented, organized, and can multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to invest time to master every step of our business process
- Able to work well within a team environment
- Good time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal & written) skills
- Ability to build strong customer relationships

- Retail experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide the best customer service in the industry to our visitors
- Act as the customer’s main point of contact - heavy phones and email
- Work closely with the parts and service personnel to coordinate parts, labor, and sublet of needed repairs
- Deliver service-related needs to customers promptly
- Open work orders
- Prepare for the closing of retail and warranty jobs
- Collaborate with a great team
- Assist in the day-to-day operations with Parts and/or Service
- Exhibit a high level of commitment and professionalism to customer satisfaction
