Job Description The Fluor Service Contract Manage will work with Fluor Contracts and Procurements to acquire and hire outside subcontractors to perform periodic maintenance and emergency services on facility equipment that is not self-performed by the onsite maintenance team. Upon contract award, the Service Contract Manager will then work with and administer the subcontractor Statement of Work by coordinating onsite access through USG site processes and procedures. Some of the duties for this role, may include, but are not limited to the following: Write Statement of Works for facility service contracts to maintain and perform periodic and emergency maintenance on identified facility equipment. Work with Fluor Contracts to release SOW as proposal for bidding to outside subcontractors. Evaluate submitted subcontractor proposals for technical accuracy to perform work, while also assessing for fair and reasonable cost. •Oversee subcontractor activities related to SOW, drawings/specifications (if applicable), and performance of duties to planned maintenance actions. •Oversee subcontractors work activities to ensure they comply with all site security, safety, and quality requirements. •Ensures that planned maintenance by subcontractor meets established quality, cost, schedule targets, as well as any regulatory requirements. •Coordinate subcontractor onsite visits with Fluor Engineering and Fluor O&M including; Safety/ESG, Facility Engineering, Design Engineering, Security, and facility network infrastructure team to ensure maintenance does not interfere with any other onsite activities. • Direct and ensure overall completion of subcontractor activities of prescribed maintenance. • Ensure retention of records to customer system of record to document maintenance activity. • Ensure comprehensive closeout and retention of project and contract files to provide an audit trail for Records Retention, Internal Audit, Internal Revenue Service, Property Accounting, Legal, and Facilities O&M. • Analyze and make independent recommendations regarding solutions to problems with varying complexity in accordance with organization and/or project objectives and guidelines • Adhere to and support Fluor's Health, Safety & Environmental and Sustainability Policies • Other duties as assigned
