About The Position

Greenacres Nissan is looking for a motivated, customer focused Service BDC Representative to join our fast growing service team. If you’re energetic, organized, and enjoy helping people, we want to hear from you!

Requirements

  • Excellent phone and communication skills
  • Customer service mindset and positive attitude
  • Ability to multitask in a busy dealership environment
  • Basic computer proficiency (CRM experience a plus)

Nice To Haves

  • Call center or dealership experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound service calls and make outgoing followups
  • Schedule and confirm service appointments
  • Communicate repair status, recalls, and maintenance needs
  • Provide outstanding customer service on every call
  • Work closely with service advisors and technicians
  • Update customer information in the CRM accurately
