What does a Service Coordinator at Hoffman Auto Group do? Role Purpose The Service Coordinator handles inbound service reservation calls, confirms service reservations, performs outbound follow-up calls for due, overdue service clients; Special Order Parts (SOP) notifications, and any additional outbound calls requested by management. The Service Coordinator will also answer status contact to and from the customer and communicate directly with the Service Advisor staff to be well prepared for our customers’ scheduled visits.
