The organization is looking for a self-motivated, empathetic individual to provide excellent services to seniors living in Birmingham Towers. This role involves performing service coordinator duties such as resident assessments, problem-solving, and crisis intervention, utilizing knowledge of available resources. The individual will use interpersonal skills to advocate on behalf of residents and coordinate educational, informative, and stimulating programs for them, all while maintaining confidentiality. This position serves as a crucial link between residents and essential services, enabling them to age-in-place with dignity. Strong multi-tasking and time management skills are essential for this job.
