POSITION OVERVIEW: Serve as a subject matter expert in the Aftermarket Department systems and initiate resolution on administrative processes and procedures. Demonstrate proficient TAS business and financial acumen. Help associates initiate personal development and accomplish their goals within the Aftermarket Department. Participate in the interview process and administer business standard on-boarding procedures. Assist the Director of Aftermarket Services in the job functions below with any additional responsibilities that may be assigned.
