About The Position

Pella Windows and Doors SW is looking for attentive, organized, and friendly people to support our vibrant office as part-time Service Coordinators - Customer Service Reps ! Apply today! ABOUT THIS ROLE You normally work from 8:00 am - 3:00 pm, Monday - Friday, with a 1 hour lunch break. As a Service Coordinator - Customer Service Rep, you help keep our office running smoothly and make it easy for clients to book services with our talented team. With an upbeat attitude, you answer phone calls from customers, speak with them about their needs, and schedule service appointments. You answer questions and provide quotes and estimates as requested. Supporting seamless operations, you efficiently dispatch technicians to jobs based on their location and skill set. You also order parts and tackle other clerical tasks as needed, making a massive difference for our company and customers! Requirements

  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • Proficiency with computers and programs like Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must have the ability to pass a background check and drug screening test.

Nice To Haves

  • 1 - 3 years of experience in a directly related role
  • Ability to use and learn order management software
  • Excellent communication skills with phone and email etiquette
