We are seeking individuals who have worked in an industrial/service/sales environment to fill the position of Service Coordination Manager for our Fredericksburg location. Job Description The selected candidate will: Oversee and assist with the hiring, training and performance of Service Scheduling Coordinators. Be responsible for overall contact with branch technicians and customers for the scheduling of preventative maintenance and emergency repair services. Be responsible for successful implementation of various scheduling software products and other products as determined necessary. Be responsible for increasing technician utilization, margin and revenue growth. Be responsible for all documentation related to scheduled service.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Good communication skills/phone skills required.
  • Computer skills, including proficiency in Google Workspace.
  • Regular physical attendance at worksite.

Nice To Haves

  • SAP experience preferred.
