The Service Contract Sales Specialist will sell or renew the company’s products, systems and/or services to customers in assigned territory, industry or accounts. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Capture assigned service sales opportunities to achieve and exceed contract capture, revenue, & growth targets, and annual pricing increase targets in assigned product line and/or customer accounts Develop and maintain consultative sales relationships with all key-buying influences in each account. Utilize the following to identify and grow new business: installed base information, sales and service reports/databases, new leads and cold-calling efforts Generate proposals, prepare service contract quotations, and demonstrate services value to assigned customers. Accountable for all aspects of territory and sales funnel management

Requirements

  • Associates degree or BS or BA required (Life Science is a plus!)
  • Greater than 2 years of sales experience, preferably within a service organization or provider
  • Previous experience utilizing Customer Relationship Management software, Salesforce preferred
  • Ability to communicate proficiently in English; in particular, strong influencing, interpersonal, and networking skills to drive collaborative culture in a highly complex environment
  • Ability to travel 30% of the time in this field-based role.
  • Prefer a candidate in the EST time zone for this role to support the territory
