The Service Contract Sales Specialist will sell or renew the company's products, systems and/or services to customers in assigned territory, industry or accounts.

Requirements

  • Associates degree or BS or BA required (Life Science is a plus!)
  • Greater than 2 years of sales experience, preferably within a service organization or provider.
  • Previous experience utilizing Customer Relationship Management software, Salesforce preferred.
  • Ability to communicate proficiently in English; in particular, strong influencing, interpersonal, and networking skills to drive collaborative culture in a highly complex environment.

Responsibilities

  • Captures assigned service sales opportunities to achieve and exceed contract capture, revenue, & growth targets, and annual pricing increase targets in assigned product line and/or customer accounts.
  • Develops and maintains consultative sales relationships with all key-buying influences in each account.
  • Generates proposals, prepares service contract quotations, and demonstrates services value to assigned customers.
  • Accountable for all aspects of territory and sales funnel management.
