About The Position
As a service consultant, you will be responsible for initiating automotive services and repairs by ascertaining vehicle performance problems and service requests. Your role will involve verifying warranty and service contract coverage, developing estimates, writing repair orders, and maintaining customer records. You will serve as the communicator and liaison between the customer and technician, ensuring that the customer's needs are understood by the technician and that the needed and recommended service/repairs are clearly communicated to the customer.
