The Role: Diagnostics, Partnership, and Strategy You will be the face of Setpoint Systems, managing the health of sophisticated temperature control systems and HVAC networks for high-profile commercial, industrial, and institutional clients.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of HVAC experience/training OR an Associate’s degree from a technical college.
  • Strong understanding of DDC (Direct Digital Control) systems, electrical circuits, and mechanical HVAC operations.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical customers.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Delta Controls , systems integration, or Building Automation Systems (BAS) is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Rapidly diagnose and repair HVAC control systems through high-priority spot service calls.
  • Execute Technical Support Agreements (TSAs) to the rigorous "Setpoint Standard," ensuring peak system performance.
  • Participate in periodic 24/7 on-call rotations to provide critical support when our clients need us most.
  • Actively develop and maintain long-term customer partnerships built on trust and technical excellence.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for system upgrades and new Technical Support Agreements to enhance customer facilities.
  • Assist with device requisitions, manpower scheduling, and maintaining meticulous project documentation.
  • Occasional out-of-state travel to bring Setpoint expertise to our diverse client sites.
