Requirements

Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast paced, high traffic environment
Comfortable Standing and working outdoors when needed
Reliable, organized, and Team-oriented

Responsibilities

Greet guests remaining in their vehicles during drive-up and drop-off
Direct drop-off guests to the proper lane or advisor handoff point
Greet walk-in guests entering from the lounge or exterior service doors
Assist guests picking up their vehicles and direct them to the correct advisor or cashier
Proactively acknowledge guests waiting for assistance during pick-up or payment
Ensure no guest is overlooked regardless of entry point
Direct vehicles to proper service lanes or parking areas
Manage traffic flow during peak hours
Confirm appointment status and identify walk-in guests
Communicate wait times and next steps clearly
Monitor guests to ensure timely assistance
Escalate delays or concerns to leadership as needed
All other duties, tasks and/or projects as assigned
