The Field Services Center Manager is accountable for coordinating and managing the day-to-day activities of our Field Services Center through all phases of client services. This includes coordinating courier services, providing supporting documentation to clients, and communicating any issues to clients or respective Eurofins teams on an ongoing basis. The role also involves maintaining vehicle maintenance, performing duties as outlined in Standard Operating Procedures for Sample Receiving and Courier Services, and ensuring that all samples received are verified and accounted for. The manager will also be responsible for labeling samples, maintaining supplies, and performing on-site sampling events as needed.
