You will have the challenging role of directing a team with a common goal of providing the highest level of customer satisfaction and delivering goods to clients on time. This is a hands-on leadership role where approximately 50% of your time is spent behind the wheel on local Class A routes. You’ll stay directly connected to your team, your customers, and the day-to-day realities of the operation — because the best leaders don’t just manage from the office, they know what it takes out on the road. The other 50% of your time is focused on directing dock, linehaul, and pickup & delivery operations to ensure safety, quality, and on-time performance.
