The Service Center Operations Associate is an individual who understands and supports our commitment to exceptional service consistent with Arbella’s brand. This role’s responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound email inquiries and making timely and accurate policy changes. The Service Center Operations Associate will actively participate as a member of a cohesive team to provide best in class service to our customers and agents in a real time environment. In this role you will: Participate in a 5-week classroom training program to learn the foundations of our systems, workflows, and culture. Be provided with a comprehensive onboarding to assist you in obtaining your Massachusetts Personal Lines Producer License within 6 months. You will learn multiple insurance concepts to handle time sensitive insurance requests. You will help prepare and process insurance forms for insureds purchasing a new automobile, refinancing a home and or obtaining a home equity loan. You’ll be building and maintaining positive relationships with your team, key stakeholders, and other Arbella employees. You will have multiple responsibilities and tasks as you grow in your role, providing you with continuous learning opportunities. Once you have developed a solid foundation, you may be called upon to share your knowledge and assist with training new Service Center Operations Associates.
