The Service Center Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the Service Center, ensuring safety, efficiency, and profitability. This role involves managing shop floor activities, office personnel, and logistics, while also providing training and support to staff.

  • Train employees on Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and Job Safety Procedures (JSP).
  • Fill in for team members during vacations or other absences.
  • Communicate with customers and process credit card transactions.
  • Assist with onboarding new hires.
  • Support DOT compliance for drivers and equipment.
  • Perform warehouse duties as needed.
  • High School Diploma/GED required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of people management or industry experience.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working with Customer Service, Budgeting, Inventory Control, Logistics, and warehouse functions.
  • Associate's degree preferred.
  • 1 year of experience with bath enclosures preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and Oracle.
