About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Captain to join our team at Beverly Hills Avra Hospitality. As a Service Captain, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by overseeing the daily operations of our service team. Your main goal will be to provide exceptional service to our guests and ensure that their dining experience is nothing short of excellent. You will be a key player in maintaining our reputation as a top-tier hospitality provider.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of server experience in a high-volume establishment
  • Strong guest service skills
  • Strong communication in person
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload in a deadline-driven manner while working in a demanding environment

  • Provides professional and exceptional service
  • Responsible for maintaining professionalism and kindness when interacting with guests and staff
  • Conduct themselves in a manner that is both presentable and professional at all times
  • Maintains consistent and clear communication with all
  • Greet customers upon their departure

  • Provide prompt, professional, friendly, and personalized service to our guests
  • Provides help and support to all colleagues
  • Learn and teach fellow colleagues
  • Ensures the working area has a high standard of cleanliness and follows health code requirements
