About The Position

Service Call Center Representative wanted for family-owned and operated Cadillac/GMC/Hyundai dealership in Laguna Niguel, Ca. Requires a focus in customer service, phone etiquette, and email etiquette. This position requires answering incoming service calls and setting service appointments, responding to service emails, and completing outbound calls to clients. This is a FULL-TIME position with benefit option after 60 days. Hourly plus bonus opportunities per appointments shown. Prior call center experience is a plus but not mandatory.
