About The Position

The Service Call Center Representative plays a critical role in driving service appointment volume and shop production for Steven Kia. Working under the leadership of the Service BDC Manager, this position is responsible for handling inbound and outbound service communications, scheduling appointments, confirming visits, and supporting customer retention efforts. You are the first point of contact for many of our service customers. Every call must be handled with urgency, professionalism, and precision to ensure maximum appointment show rate and service revenue growth. This is a production-based role where performance directly impacts income.

Requirements

  • Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
  • Automotive or dealership experience is a plus
  • Strong phone skills and professional communication ability
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • Basic computer and CRM proficiency
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Positive, team-focused mindset
  • Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound service calls promptly and professionally
  • Schedule, confirm, and reschedule service appointments
  • Follow up with no-shows and declined service opportunities
  • Utilize CRM daily to track all customer interactions
  • Assist in filling open appointment capacity
  • Execute outbound campaigns for maintenance reminders and retention efforts
  • Communicate clearly with Service Advisors and management
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
