We are currently seeking Service Booker to join our Ed Morse team.

Requirements

• Must be able to multi-task
• Must be detail oriented
• Previous experience in computer required
• Dependable and punctual

• CDK experience a plus

Responsibilities

• The Service Booker is responsible for ensuring accurate repair Information and charges billed out on Repair Orders
• Assist Service Advisors/Managers with closing of open repair orders, and assist Technicians with booking questions
• Assist management with special projects, audits, and reports
• Perform booking of warranty, internal, and customer pay labor operations and times on each repair order generated
• Create and apply purchase orders as needed for both internal and retail sub-contractors
• Organizing and filing Repair Order documentation in appropriate files
• Ensure all corresponding parts, labor and applicable charges are billed out on the repair order
• Verify appropriate documentation is attached and completed
• Verify repair orders are accurate and complete
• Close repair orders in a timely fashion
• Other administrative support duties as assigned
