About The Position

Efficiently manage contract administration and billing processes for our Canadian operations, ensuring quality customer service for internal stakeholders, suppliers, and the public. Responsibilities include auditing billing processes, making necessary corrections, and maintaining updated internal control systems for accurate tracking.

Requirements

  • English 90% fluency in Written and Verbal communication
  • 1 year customer service experienced with billing profile
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy, time management and multitasking skills
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Customer Service oriented

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency in Outlook, SAP, C4C, MS Office (Excel), Evolve, Power Bi
  • Bachelor’s degree in business Admin, Finance or related field, or truncated career

Responsibilities

  • Administer coverage for equipment in Canada
  • Manage SAP account creation and modifications in Evolve.
  • Handle contract creation, renewal, cancellation, and modification in SAP/C4C.
  • Process account changes in C4C as requested by Service Sales Team.
  • Create credit notes upon request and maintain records.
  • Invoice Service contracts (EMA) for dealers and direct clients
  • Invoice per call services in Canada.
  • Maintain physical and digital records of service contracts
  • Review leads for B to C (Warranty to Contract conversion) opportunity creation in Canada
