Scope of the Role includes: Using their in-depth knowledge of Paraco products and solutions, our Service Billers provide effective customer service for internal and external customers. Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education (GED); or at least one year related customer interaction experience and/or training.
  • Ability to work in a team-based environment engaging proactively with employees throughout the organization.
  • Punctuality and dependability arriving on time evidencing a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Basic computer knowledge with some data entry skills coupled with experience with Microsoft Office.
  • Occasional travel (up to 5%) to other regional field offices as well as Rye Brook, NY corporate offices for training.
  • Hours of this position are 8:30AM to 5:00 PM Monday to Friday with a willingness and capability to work a flexible schedule (including weekends and overtime) when needed.

Responsibilities

  • Answering incoming calls in a pleasant and understanding manner with a commitment to achieving customer satisfaction
  • Assisting customers with billing questions, payments, issue resolution and delivery scheduling.
  • Educating customers on the cost-savings benefits of our offered maintenance contracts.
  • Suggesting tank monitoring installation to customers where appropriate.
  • Issuing Credits/Refunds to customers for overpayments when requested.
  • Prepare all month-end reports and other duties that may be assigned as required.
  • Communicating clearly and professionally while documenting each call.
  • Assembling service and installation work orders and forward them to billing.
  • Posting of daily work-orders, receipts, inventory receipts, transfers and adjustments to system.
  • Updating of account information as necessary post installations.
