About The Position

Join a family-owned automotive group where people come first. As a Service Biller, you’ll ensure smooth service operations by accurately processing repair orders, warranty claims, and invoices — all while supporting an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements

• 2+ years of automotive dealership or billing experience
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office and dealership systems
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record

Responsibilities

• Review and process repair orders, warranty claims, and customer invoices
• Verify technician documentation and compliance accuracy
• Contact extended warranty companies for claim approvals
• Process invoices through P2P (Open Invoice) system
• Manage rental vehicles, including cleanliness and damage documentation
• Coordinate internal vehicle deliveries and updates to Used Vehicle Team
