About The Position

The JF Petroleum Group stands as a premier leader in the North American fueling infrastructure industry, offering comprehensive turn-key solutions for distribution, construction, and service needs. We serve a diverse clientele including retail fueling stations, commercial and government fleets, and emergency power customers.

The Service Biller/Dispatcher will maintain office activities for departments such scheduling and dispatching of techs, daily billing such as imputing data and scanning and emailing vendors, answering phones.

This is an in-office position, 2pm-11pm, and requires working alternating weekends. Weekend schedule is 8am-5pm.

Requirements

• Highschool Diploma or GED required
• Related experience or training of minimum 1 year
• Must be eligible to work in the US
• Must be able to meet company’s employment requirements, which includes passing a drug screen, criminal background check, and MVR, if driving for the company
• Physical Requirements: include occasional lifting/carrying of 10 pounds; visual acuity, speech and hearing; hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer keyboard and basic office equipment. Subject to sitting, standing, reaching, walking, twisting, and kneeling to perform the essential functions. Working conditions are primarily inside an office environment. Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone in a professional, timely manner
• Gather information on the service call needs via phone or email
• Create work orders based on the information received via phone or email
• Schedule and dispatch technicians
• Process incoming billing documents from various branches
• Enter and make corrections when needed to work orders
• Input vendor billing information on customer’s portals
• Mail, scan and email invoices when needed
• Maintain customer portals current
• Other duties may be assigned
• Sound working knowledge of personal computers, especially databases, word processing and spreadsheet programs.
• Good typing skills with minimal errors
• Ability to speak and write professionally
• Have positive attitude
