About The Position

Acura of Seattle, a dealership in the O'Brien Auto Group, is currently interviewing for a Service BDC position. Our Service BDC Coordinators are the key to our customers having the best service experience possible. This position is responsible for assuring the accuracy of all Floor-Up, Phone-Ups and Delivery entries in the database. This position pays $21.65 per hour - part time/morning shift. Medical/Dental/Vision/RX Ancillary Benefits such as Short/Long Term Disability, Accident, Critical Illness, Life Insurance, Spousal/Child coverages 401(k) plus company match Responsibilities Include, but not limited to: Input all appointments in a timely manner Input of manager confirmation calls Cash handling Clean coffee and snack area Perform nightly cleaning and stocking of coffee machine Filing and scanning, including original loaner agreements and maintain accurate filing system Call back missed appointments Reminder calls for upcoming appointments Assist parts and dispatch in rescheduling customer with special order parts (may need to consult with service advisors Check and maintain stock of copy paper, customer invoices and work orders Assist the booking department Perform follow up and report back to advisors and management Train in prescribed protocol as set forth in BDC phone script Perform other duties as assigned by management Work in cooperative, positive and professional manner with all personnel in the company. Treat members of the public and customers in a courteous and non-discriminatory manner Maintain professional demeanor while at work Must conform to the company policy regarding non-discrimination and harassment Equipment/Machines/Tools Typically Used: Phone, computer, adding machine, copier, calculator, stapler, fax machine, postage machine, pencils/pens, letter opener, scissors, and rulers. Physical Demands: Frequent twisting and/or turning of trunk, reaching, and handling of objects; intermittent standing, walking, and sitting, infrequent stooping, kneeling crouching, and lifting of 10lbs or less.
