About The Position

Do you have a passion for customer service & luxury cars? Acura of Peabody, part of the Lyon-Waugh Auto Group, is searching for a friendly, customer focused individual to join our team as a Full-Time Service BDC Representative. If you're someone who believes in providing customers with exceptional client care—we look forward to speaking with you! Schedule: Monday–Saturday, with one scheduled weekday off Compensation Plan: Base hourly rate of $20 plus biweekly commission/bonus Estimated Annual Compensation Range: $48,000.00-$52,000.00

Requirements

Minimum 18 years old
Clear, professional communication skills—both verbal and written
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel

Responsibilities

Welcome clients in person at the desk or on the phone
Schedule service appointments
Schedule valet pick up appointments, working with valet drivers
Schedule deliveries
Make outbound calls for appointment reminders, missed appointments declined services and upcoming maintenance
Assist clients with common questions and direct them to appropriate personnel
Contact clients with open recalls, campaigns, special order parts
Other duties assigned by management team
