Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
One year call center customer service experience preferred
Be coachable, able to work well with others in a team environment
High flying, positive attitude
Able to apply the use of phone scripts, email, and text message templates
Strong computer data entry ability
Must have a valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

Professionally and quickly respond to customer inquiries, with accurate information
Stay up-to-date with customer follow-up tasks
Answer inbound calls, cheerfully, and professionally
Assist customers in their research & steer them toward Subaru of Las Vegas
Coordinate customer visits by appointment
