We’re building our team of motivated, persuasive, and customer-focused Service BDC Representatives to join our Service Centers in the future. Requirements

  • Energetic, upbeat, and professional attitude
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Dependable, polished, and driven to succeed
  • 18 years or older required
  • All potential employees must pass pre-employment testing including a background check and drug screen

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Call Center, BDC, or high-volume customer contact role (automotive experience preferred)
  • Proven sales or negotiation ability with a track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets
  • Exceptional communication, listening, and persuasion skills
  • Strong organizational habits and attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Proactively reach out to customers to schedule and confirm service appointments
  • Use sales and negotiation techniques to encourage customers to bring their vehicles in for maintenance, recalls, and repairs
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, texts, and emails with a goal-oriented, customer-first mindset
  • Overcome objections and present the value of timely service and genuine Subaru care
  • Follow up with previous customers, missed appointments, and declined services to convert opportunities into booked appointments
  • Collaborate closely with Service Advisors and management to maximize daily shop capacity
  • Maintain detailed, accurate records and consistently meet or exceed service appointment goals
