The Service Office Associate is responsible for scheduling service reservations and providing information to customers regarding their scheduled service. The primary focus of the job will be to contact service customers to ensure that their experience was exceptional and to provide feedback on those findings, stay abreast on the status of customer vehicles while they are waiting in the dealership, and ensure that customers are contacted when their special order parts arrive. This job requires "people" skills and a genuine desire to serve the customer. A positive attitude and willingness to be a team member are essential to this position.
