About The Position

Toyota of North AUstin is part of the fast growing Group 1 Automotive, a leader in automotive retail. We are growing and looking for a Service BDC Agent to work with a Quality Dealership representing a Quality Product!

Have you been successful in Telemarketing, Collections or Customer Service but are looking for a company who values you as a professional?

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Good communication skills both verbal and written.
• Superior customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and work ethic.
• All applicants must pass pre-employment testing to include: background checks, MVR, and drug testing in order to qualify for employment

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with our customers via Phone, Internet or Text.
• Respond to customer inquiries immediately.
• Learn and follow the scripting required by our process.
• Set appointments for our customers.
• Study, learn and understand our maintenance we offer.
• Collect the total retail charges from the customer in cash, check or authorized charge account.
• Provide the customer with the proper change and/or receipts.
• Properly document charge purchases according to the policies established by the office manager.
• Learn and maintain a thorough knowledge of Dealership policies, products and procedures.
• Establish personal goals that are consistent with the productivity requirements of the Dealership.
