About The Position

The Business Development Center (BDC) Representative at Lost Pines Toyota plays a crucial role in managing incoming service calls and establishing strong relationships with customers. This position is essential for scheduling appointments for service consultants and ensuring that all customer inquiries are addressed effectively. The BDC Representative will interact daily with various team members, including the BDC Manager, Service Associates, Service Managers, and support staff, as well as directly with customers at our locations. In this role, the BDC Representative will be responsible for receiving inbound service phone calls and leads, identifying the client's needs, and scheduling appointments accordingly. They will also be tasked with placing outbound phone calls to potential leads, ensuring that all client concerns are addressed prior to the appointment date, such as inquiries about costs, warranty questions, and appointment duration. Additionally, the representative will contact clients before their appointment to confirm attendance and will be responsible for mailing marketing letters to provided leads. Following up post-visit to ensure customer satisfaction is also a key responsibility of this position. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about customer service and have a strong sales background. The BDC Representative will contribute to the overall success of the service department by ensuring a seamless experience for customers from the initial contact through to their service appointment.
