About The Position

We are currently looking for a friendly, meticulous, and goal-driven Service BDC Representative to join our growing Business Development Center. In this vital role, you are the first point of contact for our service customers, helping to drive appointments, build relationships, and increase service department revenue through excellent communication and follow-up. You will connect with our loyal Subaru customers and help them stay on track with their vehicle maintenance, recalls, and recommended services. Requirements

Prior experience in dealership service BDC, call center, or customer service environment preferred.
Comfortable working with computers, and scheduling systems.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
