The Service Business Development Center (BDC) Administrator is responsible for developing, processing, managing, tracking, and following up with service customers . This role supports the dealership’s service department by managing customer relationships, increasing appointment show rates, improving customer satisfaction, and driving long-term service retention.

  • Basic math and computer skills
  • High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer relationship (CR) processes for the service department , ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
  • Observe, install, and train approved service CR processes.
  • Partner with leadership to develop continuous improvement plans through observations and meetings.
  • Gather and maintain accurate service customer data to support follow-up and retention efforts.
  • Maintain knowledge of service offerings, pricing, promotions, and manufacturer service programs.
  • Make outbound and follow-up calls
  • Schedule and confirm service appointments
  • Follow up after service visits to review customer satisfaction
  • Address customer concerns and escalate major issues as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
