About The Position

The position involves preparing and serving drinks to guests and beverage servers while adhering to all company and health department standards and policies. The individual will be responsible for processing transactions using the company's P.O.S. system and managing any cash variances. Additionally, the role requires maintaining a fully stocked bar, ensuring there are no product overages or shortages.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement is 21.
• Effective communication skills are necessary.
• Ability to obtain all required work cards and Gaming Registration.
• Knowledge of wines, spirits, beverages, cordials, and after-dinner drinks.
• Experience in cash handling is required.
• Understanding of classes of alcohol, glasses, brand names, drink recipes, garnishments, and soda, juice, and liquor guns.
