About The Position

The Service Bartender at Muckleshoot Casino Resort is responsible for receiving drink orders, preparing drinks for servers, and ensuring the service bar is well-stocked and maintained. This role emphasizes excellent guest service, adherence to safety standards, and maintaining a positive work environment while supporting the casino's mission and values.

Requirements

  • Ability to obtain a Class III B gaming license.
  • Hold and maintain a valid WA State Health Card/Food Handlers Permit.
  • Alcohol Service Permit Class 12 required.
  • 1 year experience in bartending required.
  • Bartending School or equivalent training preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge and skill in mixology, beer, and wines.
  • Knowledge of P.O.S. systems and BERG liquor dispensing system.
  • Knowledge of health & safety standards and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Receive drink orders and prepare drinks for servers.
  • Ensure the service bar is stocked with supplies and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Maintain service bar bank within established procedures, policies, and rules.
  • Exemplify MCR's values by demonstrating excellent guest service and professionalism.
  • Prepare drinks in accordance with established recipes and measurements.
  • Take daily inventory and stock supplies.
  • Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of all bar equipment and service bar area.
  • Maintain an orderly, accurate par level for bar service outlet.
  • Create and facilitate a positive work environment and promote positive team member relations.
  • Report issues to the appropriate personnel and perform other duties as assigned.
