As a Service Engineer you will have product, clinical, and technical expertise and demonstrated proficiency in assigned essential job functions and areas of product focus. Your primary responsibilities include; serviceability and reliability reviews, service documentation development, high-level troubleshooting/technical support on a focused product line, NPD support and initial product training to technical support personnel and service trainers. In this role you will respond to verbal and written technical support requests. You will resolve internal and external customer technical support issues on all STERIS brand Healthcare and Life Sciences products. You will follow appropriate complaint handling procedures, and initiate corrective action when required. This is a hybrid role with the requirement of working onsite at our Mentor, OH Corporate HQ.
