Here at Aptiv, we are all about making a difference. Aptiv is a non-profit organization that offers services to people with disabilities. Our mission is to provide a spectrum of innovative support for individuals with disabilities so they may live more independent lives. Our organization is committed to fostering an environment where individuals can thrive, achieve their goals, and contribute to society in meaningful ways. We welcome, encourage, and value the contributions of all individuals and value inclusion, resilience, self-determination, collaboration, and accountability. As a Service Associate in our Life Services team in Black River Falls, you’ll play a key role in empowering individuals with disabilities to live more independent, self-directed lives. Your work will help participants build skills, explore their communities, and achieve meaningful personal goals. Whether you're leading a recreational activity, supporting someone with independent living tasks, or mentoring youth in skill development — your impact will be real and lasting.
