About The Position

The primary component of our Healthcare team is order fulfillment, including receipt of our customers' priority healthcare products into our warehouse facility, placement of stock into storage, receiving orders, picking and packing orders, shipping orders, and conducting customer service support. Our healthcare team members provide an important service for the world's medical devices, testing equipment, pharmaceuticals and more. Speed, consistency, flexibility and visibility are delivered to our clients through our customer first approach. For us, it's more than a package, it's a patient. Healthcare Service Associates II help our clients become more efficient, which allows them to focus on their core competencies, better serve their customers, and improve the products and services they offer.

Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
  • Successful completion of background check and a drug screen.

Responsibilities

  • Help clients become more efficient in their operations.
  • Perform all warehouse activities including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, put-away, cycle count, and inventory audit.
  • Utilize radio frequency (RF) scanners to electronically perform warehouse activities.
  • Ensure transaction accuracy along with safety and quality compliance.
  • Work in a variety of environments including ambient warehouse, refrigerated storage spaces, or freezer spaces.
  • Manage delivery or deployment of contracted services to customers to ensure SLAs and KPIs are met or exceeded.
  • Support business products by collaborating with vendors, customers, and other internal support groups.
  • Perform daily facility activities related to government compliance, inbound receipts, kitting, processing orders, managing inventory, staffing, facility inspections, and employee engagement.
  • Perform financial activities including forecasting, allocations, adjustments, and creating annual business plans.
  • Retain and strengthen customer relationships, which may include face-to-face customer service.
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for improving efficiency, effectiveness, and capabilities of the operation.
