As part of the Kantar Group, we are launching a groundbreaking Cross-Media Measurement panel in the United States, which will be one of the first of its kind globally. This initiative aims to provide advertisers with comprehensive insights into their campaigns across various digital and broadcast platforms, including popular channels like TikTok, CBS, and YouTube. Our Audience Measurement teams are dedicated to developing new methodologies that will enhance the understanding of media audiences and their interactions with brands. The Service and Installation Executive role is pivotal in establishing and maintaining relationships with our panel members. This position involves guiding participants through the installation process of metering equipment and ensuring they receive exceptional service and support. The Service and Installation Executives will collaborate closely with Operations and other departments to deliver a seamless, client-centric experience. This role is essential for the success of the new panel, as it directly impacts the quality of data collected and the overall satisfaction of our panel members. In this role, you will be responsible for working remotely with panel members to install and maintain metering equipment and software in their homes. You will provide outstanding customer service, make follow-up calls to address compliance issues or technical faults, and perform quality checks. Additionally, you will capture and update information about the equipment in a central database, educate panel members on the proper use of the metering equipment, and collaborate with Continuous Improvement agents to enhance service delivery. This position requires flexibility, as some evening and weekend work will be necessary to meet the needs of our panel members.
